The six pillars

Everything we coach comes back to six things.

Speed and strength are the output. These are the inputs: the habits and mindset that make an athlete coachable, durable and confident.

  1. 01

    Confidence

Athletes who believe they belong on the field play faster. We build that belief rep by rep.

  2. 02

    Commitment

Show up, do the work, hold the standard. The habit matters more than any single session.

  3. 03

    Nutrition

Fuel is part of the program. Athletes learn what to eat to train hard and recover.

  4. 04

    Mental Health

Pressure is real. We coach the mindset to handle it, on game day and off.

  5. 05

    Rehabilitation

Coming back from injury the right way, with movement work that rebuilds strength safely.

  6. 06

    Perseverance

Setbacks are part of the path. We teach athletes to keep going when it is hard.

Who we are

Met as college athletes. Built CNC together.

LeBeaux and Candice met during their college athletic careers in 2012 and later married. In 2020 they founded CNC Performance in Colton, built around six core pillars designed to deliver a healthy lifestyle and proven results.

The idea was simple: give Inland Empire athletes the kind of coaching the two of them had to leave home to find. Real programming, real accountability, and coaches who have actually stood where these athletes want to go.
